For this 10,000+ employee organisation, that obligation was being managed through an outdated legacy system paired with entirely manual CRM data entry.

Screening a single account took up to seven days. Results had to be manually recorded in the CRM, creating a process that was slow, inconsistent, and increasingly difficult to audit. As the organisation's account volume grew, the gap between their compliance requirements and their operational reality widened.

Architecture built for configurability and scale
